Show your kids this cool video (Ok, my boys are too old...they just don't know what cool is!) The video is a collaboration between the Turn the Tide Foundation and KidTribe, two organizations committed to fighting childhood obesity. Any way we can talk to our kids about healthy eating without us nagging them is a plus in my book.
