For our first class of the session, we made Apple Berry Salsa and Homemade Cinnamon Tortilla Strips. Everyone loved using the chopper and the Apple Peeler Corer Slicer. And it turned out delicious!

Chef Sprouts Class Early Fall
I can't believe I've neglected this for so long! I have been posting on the Facebook page...it's hard to keep up with both. Our new Chef Sprouts class began a couple of weeks ago. I'm so glad to have some regulars back as well as Collin's sister and the daughters of my friends Carey and Liz. Welcome Hailey, Abby and Hannah!
